Hours: 9 a.m.-6 p.m., daily, beginning July 1-Thanksgiving. Special Comments: Located 1/2 mile from Monticello, Michie Tavern and Ash Lawn. Scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Piedmont. Observation decks, picnic areas, and walking trail. Free hayrides on weekends, school tours welcome by appointment. Special activities every weekend in September and October.
