Directions: From Lynchburg, take 29 north to Monroe; left on Route 671 (S. Five Forks Road) ¾ mile; left on Route 636 (High Peak Road) 3 miles; left on Route 653 (Ambrose Rucker Road) ½ mile; right onto Tobacco Row Lane into the farm. Signs posted at each turn from Route 29. If taking the Route 29 bypass, use the Route 130 exit and follow the above directions once you are on Route 29 in Madison Heights. From the north, take Route 29 south to Amherst; take the Madison Heights exit and travel approximately 5 miles; take a right on Route 671 (N. Five Forks Road) for ½ mile; right on Route 636 (High Peak Road) 3 miles; left on Route 653 (Ambrose Rucker Road) ½ mile; right on Tobacco Row Lane to farm.
Hours: Summer: 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Saturday, closed Sunday, mid-June–mid-September. Fall: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday; 1-5 p.m., Sunday, mid-September—mid-November. Winter: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday, 1-5 p.m., Sunday, closed Mondays. Call for hours during inclement weather.
Special Comments: This Century Farm, family owned and operated for seven generations, has a relaxed farm atmosphere, not far from Lynchburg, with beautiful views every season. Farmhouse rental available for vacations. Our season usually starts around the third week of June with blueberries. Our Farm Cider Mill is pressing our famous blend of cider from mid-September through December. Apples are select-your-own from bins with limited pick-your-own in early fall. Other products as noted below. Availability of all products is dependent on nature and not all products are available at all times, so call for current availability.
Products: PYO blueberries, third week of June through July. Fresh-picked peaches from last week of June through mid-September. PYO blackberries, July through mid-August. Fresh-picked nectarines last week of July through August. Summer apples—Lodi, June through early July; Ginger Gold and Rambo, late July through August; Gala, second week of August through September. Sweet corn and various fresh vegetables, July through August. Fall apple varieties starting in early September in order of ripening—Jona Gold, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Empire, Crispin, Fuji, Rome, Winesap, Granny Smith, Braeburn and limited supplies of York, Arkansas Black and other antique varieties. PYO pumpkins, winter squash and gourds. Cider is produced weekly and is available mid-September through December. Homemade apple butter from an old family recipe. Preserves, honey and limited baked goods available, including apple cider donuts (October weekends) and Apple Nut Bread (October through December). Baked goods are available on variable schedule.

Directions: From Lynchburg, 29 north, left on Route 130, 7.5 miles on left (1.5 miles from Village of Elon). From 29 south, right on Route 130 7.5 miles on left. Big brick packing shed.
Hours: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Saturday; 1 - 5 p.m., Sunday, September - November.
Special Comments: Look for us in October at the Apple Harvest Festival in Amherst and Historic Appomattox Railroad Festival.
Products: Fresh-picked apples - Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Winesap, Fugi, Stayman. Some pick-your-own on weekends - call ahead. Old-fashioned candy apples; apple butter, jams and jellies, ham, fresh cider, and more.
