Summer Apple Compote
2 (about 3/4 pound)
Golden Delicious apples
2 cups watermelon cubes
1 cup seedless grapes
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 cups chilled ginger ale
2 Tbsp. lime juice
Core apples and cut
into bite-size pieces. Toss with watermelon, grapes, orange and banana.
Combine ginger ale and lime juice. Pour over fruits. Serve immediately.
